Common Questions

Do I need any technical knowledge to use your systems?+
No. You review and approve the message sequences; I handle everything else. Setup, integrations, testing, and ongoing maintenance are all on my side. You interact with the system the same way you already interact with your phone and email.
What tools do you integrate with?+
I will integrate with most existing tools, or build something for you depending on what you need. If you have existing tools that you want to build on, reach out. I'll let you know what is workable.
How long does setup take?+
Most engagements are live within two to three weeks of the discovery call. That includes building the workflows, setting up integrations, and getting your approval on all message content before anything goes out.
Is this compliant with TCPA and insurance regulations?+
Yes. Every system I build includes proper opt-in mechanisms, opt-out handling (STOP keywords), and message content that follows TCPA guidelines and carrier requirements. I also maintain records of consent for every contact. Compliance is built in, not bolted on.
Who approves the messages before they go out to my clients?+
You do, always. Nothing gets deployed until you've reviewed and signed off on every message sequence. If you want a change at any point, I make it before going live.
What happens if I want to cancel?+
Founding clients commit to a 6-month term in exchange for the discounted rate. After that, it's month-to-month. If you cancel, I'll hand off documentation so you're not left dependent on me.
